30 - 60 minutes / lower body, upper body, full body / strength and cardio / all fitness levels

get ready to sweat and burn high amounts of calories! warming up with some animal inspired movements to get muscles and joints ready for an intense cardio&strength-interval. there will be burpees, rope skipping, squats, sprints and push-ups, as well as weighted movements and resistance exercises depending on class and focus muscle group.

you bring:

workout clothes, indoor shoes, sweat towel, waterbottle (plase note: we don't have showers, only washrooms)

60 minute / full body / land and water based / for all fitness levels

here we focus on the whole body while building ab/butt/leg strength on land using our own body-weight and arm/shoulder strength by paddling on surfboards on the water. these will be done in an interval to keep you fresh and energized throughout the whole course.

you bring:

tight shorts or leggings and sport’s bra for women, tight shorts or board-shorts for men, rash vest (or old shirt/singlet), shoes to wear on land and in the water, towel, drinking bottle and dry change of clothes/shoes
