60 minutes / full body / weight lifting / all fitness levels

10 minute warm-up / 40 minute workout including barebells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more / 10 minute cool-down this is a guided full body strength session! no lifting experience required, all exercises will be demonstrated and explained in detail. my phylosophy: form over ego! lifting heavy feels great, empowering even, but only as long as our bodies agree. so perfect execution is everything!

you bring:

workout clothes, clean indoor shoes (flat sole, no running shoes), sweat towel, waterbottle (plase note: we don't have showers, only washrooms)
